Renovated Open Air Theatre

The renovated 6,500 seat Open Air theatre was opened by HM the Queen on Thursday 20th May.

The opening performance will be on July 23rd and will feature Jose Carreras and Kiri de Kanawa. This will be followed by a 1980's Rewind Festival on July 31st with Boy George and Paul Young. Both shows have nearly sold out.

Between June 11th and July 11th a large LED screen will show diverse events ranging from the Glastonbury Festival, Formula One Racing and World Cup football - all for free.
