Finding the Hotel
Either:-Follow the tourist signs to the Castle. Turn right, just before the castle, between St Marys and the churchyard. Follow the road down past Graham Close, Longwestgate and then right into Princess Street.
Or :- Follow the tourist signs to the Spa / Harbour. At the traffic lights near the lifeboat station go straight on. Turn left between the Newcastle Packet pub and the Princess Cafe.Go up the narrow steep hill past Tuthill then left into Princess Street.
Parking restrictions apply in the Old Town area from 9am to 7pm Monday to Saturday, 12 noon to 7pm Sunday. When you arrive in Scarborough come to Interludes first to collect a parking disk for short term parking or a scratchcard for longer periods. It is perfectly legal to stop on the double yellow lines outside Interludes to unload and bring your bags into the hotel. When you do this ensure that you stop by Interludes' gate.
Please . . . do NOT go into next door's car park at no. 34 and do NOT obstruct the garage belonging to no. 30
